For some reason I'm not able to get into either of my 4000 series routers. I think it might have something to do with the "reset" start-config file and ever since it I have been unable to get into the routers. Just a note, I was using the aux port to do config's b/f and now I can't get in at all. Any suggestions? I'm not having any issues w/ my 2500 series router. Thanks in advance.

You blew away the config on the aux port and will now have to use the console port.

I'm still having trouble getting in now on the console port which on this router is a parallel. I'm trying to connect w/ a straight through parallel cable that eventually turns into a serial b/f connecting to my computer. Do I need a parallel to RJ-45 connector similar to the one I use for my 2500? Thanks.
