Terminal Does not Exist 2

Hi

I have a phone that is stuck in optivity and everytime i try to delete it out i get SCH0128 - i have had a look on TTY and this shows up as Terminal does not exist.

if i do TNB i get this

the phone is there for stuck in OTM Navigator and i can not get rid of it.

i have a few phones like this.

Quick way:
In OTM change the Sync Status of the TN to NEW then delete it.

Long way:
Run Reconcile in OTM Station Admin.

If you are using both OTM and the CLI to make set changes then it is a good idea to regularly (schedule) a Retrieve All followed by Reconcile. This will help keep OTM synced with the switch.
 
how can i manually change the sync status?

If your doing CLI you could out the set back in and then let OTM delete it.

In OTM Station Admin select the TN.
Then, in menu, click Edit, Global Update.
In Select Data Field choose SSTAT.
Then in Old Value select TRN.
In New Value select NEW.

When that's done press the Delete key.
 
For some reason under global update i dont have SSTAT?!?

Then in Old Value select TRN.
In New Value select NEW.
The click ADD and after this submit
