Tenor Configuration Manager Software

Does anyone know where to get the old Tenor Configuration Manager software?
I have a customer who has a Quintum Tenor AF200 that they want to setup on MiVoice Office 250.
I did this years ago but old laptop with software is toast and all links on google seem to be missing.
