Tenet Passport 8600

Hi there,
I have a Passport 8600 and it was working fine. Someday, i was not able to telnet it, but it works fine....
I did a nmap on it and only the 80 port is available. Where in the CLI i have to set the telnet again???

config sys access-policy policy 1 service
telnet enable

I have had this problem a number of times. Resetting the box, changing IP addresses, clearing IP arp cache...nothing seems to help other than blowing away the config and rebuilding

Have you try to browse your IP address.

And how are you trying to access it, thru in-band or out-band.

Try removing and readding the IP address to the default VLAN. That has fixed a couple of strange problems we were having.
Scott My suggestions are what I would try myself. If incorrect, I welcome corrections to my knowledge.
