Tenanting how to ?

Hi all,

I am confused about tenanting
When i make a tenant 2 do i have to add the trunks also in tenant 2
In this case i have a pri with 30 channels
OR do i only put trunks in a tenant when that customer has dedicated trunks ?
I asume it should be like that but i need to be sure

Also when i make those tenants the users can not call other users in a different tenant (logic) but like alway that should be possible

Should i play with the permission granted or permission acquired settings and how do i do that ?

I looks like i do not understand it completely

What goal are you trying to achieve.

Specific questions yield specific (aka useful) answers.

The only thing they want to get is there own music on hold
Somehow when i use acd paths the music on hold stops working or get mixed up (wrong moh)
But it is a site where there will be multiple company's
The customer prefers tenanting in this case

Could still be a bug if you're using the 5500 Console.


MN00167332 - MoH for tenanting with an Attendant is not working
REPORTED IN SW LOAD - 7.0.21.4
SYMPTOMS
5550 console is the answer point for both Tenant groups (1+2).
5550 DN is 100 and is a member of tenant group 1
Tenant group 2 answer point is DN 215, which is a key appearance on the 5550.
215 is the assigned answer point for a BRI Trunk Service assignment.

The problem is when a call arrives from tenant group 2 to the 5550 and is put on hold, the music is that of tenant group 1. We would have expected to hear the tenant 2 MOH.

What i want to have is music on hold for different customers
Also there are customers who want to have there own directory
But they all share a double pri (2x30 channels)
