Tenant service

One of the customers on our switch (81C 25.40B no muti-customer or Tenant Service) wants to send their own name out on a trunk route. If I have a new route installed and have tenant service can I use BAR/Nars and all tenants use dial 9 access code (AC1)with multiple route entries in the RLI's and be restricted from a route in a particular RLI by there Tenant to Route access restrictions?
I know I can use AC2 and another access code, or direct access to the trunk route but I may need this for another group so I was wondering about Tenant Service.

Also is there any got ya's with CallPilot and Tenant Service.

i wouldn't add tennant service for that, although it would work, you can use 90 to have a set of phones use just one route outbound, just mkae there ncos lower, (or higher) and block other users with tgar/targ.. to send out a unique you just need a clid entry for that number. each of the depts at my site send out their dept main number unless the user wants his did output

We are sending out the # with CLID but The telco sends the Name attached to the trunk group. Are you sending a name with your department on a trunk call?

i could, but the co would need a list of the names. i just send the clid, the co can marry that to a dept name, using a unique clid per dept is way eaiser then tennant service

I just talked with someone who is already doing what I want to do and is just using Tgar/Targ with ESN and the RLI
