Hi...

I am new in sharepoint and i hope anyone can help me with my problem.

I found some Templates from web site and i just wondering is it possible to use those tamplate in my sharepoint?

Hello,

Are you using Windows SharePoint Services or SharePoint Portal Server 2003?

SharePoint can be customized alot and indeed you can create and customize your own templates, how ever it can be a bit tricky and complicated.

Hi....Need help Please.....

I'm using SharePoint Portal Server 2003.I have been trying to adding template to my tamplate gallery but no such a luck.
I download one of the tamplate from

web site
The file name is sharepoint_accounting_v2.fwp
I put in this folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\60\BIN
and I have been trying load the existing tamplate by using Command-line like:
stsadm -o addtemplate -filename sharepoint_accounting_v2.fwp -title "My New Template" -description "My Template Description"
and it Succeed and the new template is show in the tamplate galery, but when I want to create new site in my SharePoint
and choose the new Template then I got error message like this:

List does not exist

The page you selected contains a list that does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user.
Click "Home" at the top of the page to return to your Web site.

Can anybody help me? Any kind of help is appriciated.
