Telstrat and Symposium DNIS only recording

Hello folks,

does somebody use Telstrat recording and Symposium 4.2 and is only recording a few DNIS numbers,

Does somebody have a example how to implement the Script and the config for the Telstrat Server and Talk card config?

I know, that the DNIS feeld must mach the Symposium display definition

I am usin Telstrat 3.0

Any suggestion would be great.

First, I would suggest you upgrade to at least IDVR 4.0 since several improvements were made. 5.0 is even better, but as long as your release roughly matches the Symposium you have it should work well.
Are you saying that the DNIS display is intermittent across the system or that it is displaying for only a few trunks? Is the display on the 'phone correct but not being recorded?

yes the display looks correct, but for example i only want to record, DNIS 1491, 1495 and 1617.

But it does not record it for that specific DNIS DN´s

My be i missed some config issue at the IDVR Server side???
ort at the TALC config??

my be you are able to post ther Server and card config for one ore 2 DNIS DN´s configured at your side.

I'm not sure I'm understanding your question. The IDVR recordings are made on a per-set (TN) basis- not controlled by DNIS or DN. The only options available are record full time, record on demand, conversation save, or record off. If you want a specific DNIS recorded, you'll probably need to direct it to a 'phone or ACD group that have full time recording enabled. That way you'll be able to search the database for those calls.

Hi,
as i wrote, it is a Symposium envirement, so you have at Symposium side a phonset display definition, where you can define to see the DNIS info, this can be recorded.
Therefor you need to define at the TALC Card setup, your display definition, you only can define DNIS and CLID info.
So you need to define the server script to monitor only the DNIS info you want to record, this should work, you also can define DN´s or ANI info you want to record only, this should record always or user selectable ext.

So today I did some changes at the script an now i will give the customer a trial, we will see if it works now.
