I'm trying test connecting to a tn3270 server via Microsoft Windows telnet client. Is it possible to send commands and receive a response from a Windows telnet client to tn3270 server? Essentially trying to mimic what wc3270 does.

If so what are the commands?

You want information on the Microsoft Windows telnet terminal emulator.

Commands and syntax may be significantly different. I don't know.

I think this forum can help, I'm more interested in how to telnet to a tn3270 server are verify the handshake.
