Telnet Server Setup

Hi. This is NT 4.0 sp6a related. I need to be able to telnet to my NT server, I can't seem to find the services to arrange a telnet server service ( Client outbound telnet works fine).

Do I have to have Windows Terminal Server edition, or there is something called Windows Services for Unix

What exactly do you wish to accomplish by telnetting?

I have a character based app that presently runs under unix. Users telnet to the unix server and run the app in a host based environment. The users wish to move to NT and I am trying to see what is necessary to do this. I now that the app will operate in an NT environment because the database/language (Progress) is supported there.
