telnet in to Vmail

I have 1 location that I can't get into though the BCM Manager as the 1st screen won't load, but I can telnet into it, is there any way that i can get into Vmail b telnet to reset a Vmail box password.

Not through telnet or CLI. You can go to option 7 (command line) and type net start apache. The web service may have hung up.

No but can you not use the system admin mailbox 102 to reset the password. I no you could on the star talk have never tried on the BCM.

Try the above substituting your own BCM IP address.

If you are using XP, make sure that you are not blocking pop ups from that site and check you Java installation.
If the screen will not load it is not usually the BCM but the management PC.

I did not think the java mattered for the voicemail. I thought it was only unified manager??????

We were having a T1 problem yesterday but I could get to the 1st screen and logi in callpilot, but today I can't get the 1st screen as it just hangs. There upgradind the T1 to a full T1 tomorrow, maybe then it will work.

As usual you are correct about the java. I was just covering the basics when you have a BCM access problem.
By using the

login you will get directly to vmail without having to go through the front end.

but I was abel to reboot the system and when it came back up everything worked. Thanks for the replys.
