There is probably a TMOUT=120 statement in /etc/profile or your own .profile. If you want to change it just for your own login, put TMOUT=240 in your .profile and then export that variable.

Noops Dear
I have first of all checked that
There is no TMOUT setting at all

Have you checked ulimit for max CPU time?
If it's not set to unlimited, the process will be stopped.

eg.
# ulimit -a
time(seconds) unlimited
file(blocks) 2097151
data(kbytes) 131072
stack(kbytes) 32768
memory(kbytes) 32768
coredump(blocks) unlimited
nofiles(descriptors) 2000
