If a customer needs more teleworker users than ip endpoints. I just need teleworker licences?

He needs 10 ip endpoints and 25 teleworker.

I think he needs only:

Preferred Edition lic
10 Avaya Ip Endpoints licence
25 Teleworker licence

Thats correct?

Regards,

Mark

what do you want to achieve with it?

Twinning is free and you could twin even a landline (does not need to be a cell phone) to an extension but if you want an IP phone to work then you will need an IP endpoint license

Interrupt the silence only if you improve it by saying something, otherwise be quiet and everybody will be grateful.

Hi,

25 employees needs to work since theirs laptops with avaya softphone and a headset. Just 10 with Avaya endpoints.

They don´t need twinning.

Thanks

Teleworker users do not need IP Endpoint licences.

Indeed the teleworkers already use a license and Avaya states that you only need one license per phone.
A softphone is a phone and already uses the teleworker license.
A hardphone uses the Avaya IP endpoit license.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
