phone set is 5340e and 5330e
One of my teleworker users gets static and poor quality on phone calls, so bad that call quality degenerates and they can't hear each other.
I assumed they have a poor connection in their home, but they say they have another VOIP phone provided by their internet provider and it gives them good sound quality.
So I am wondering what could be the source of the static?
I have switched out the phones and the POE.
If it helps, they are an ACD user and the calls are mostly to people outside our phone system.
Our outgoing and incoming calls use a SIP line.
