Teleworker License Issue

I am trying to configure a TW user and keep getting the message ; TW License required contact Tw admin
I have 500 licenses on the tw server and only 10 connected sets any ideas many thanks.

I had the same error, but the issue was the internet connection of the remote party...
Once I worked that out with the Telco all was fine.

Hi i dont think its that as i get the same error when trying to connect my TW phone

I have had this issue several times but usually with a brand new installation.

The licenses sometimes do not properly load from the AMC

There is a root command to view the status of the licenses but I don't know it.

I have always required Mitel Tech support to fix and the issue has always been with the AMC.
