Teleworker internal calls being dropped

I have a 5224 headset connected via a teleworker solution, everything works fine.
Calls dialled/received,to/from an external number will stay intact for duration of call.
However when dialling internally, after approximately 3 minutes both users hear an audible beep and the call will be dropped.
Have changed 5224 remote phone.

I cannot understand why, any ideas.

The teleworker server is either on a DMZ or connected by a public ip address correct?

The Teleworker server is connected on a DMZ.
Is it to do with cos timers ?
