We upgraded our files on all of our 3300's to solve the handset headset issue a few weeks back now we are running into a issue with our TW phones. When we boot the phone directly on our network the phone receives the new firm ware no headset issues. When we make that phone a tele worker and connect to the internet the phone downloads a different version of firm ware and our headset issue is back. I thought the TW server pulled the firm ware from the 3300? Is there some here we can upgrade the firmware on the TW server I have looked through Mitels documentation but can't find anything. The software we are running on the 3300's is 9.0.3.39 and TW version 5.1.

I thought the teleworker just passed the request to the 3300. Not aware of the teleworker acting as the TFTP server. Is there another defined on your network?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

I always thought that was true also but I have confirmed it is getting a different firmware than what is programmed on the PBX. I boot the phone to the network and watch the firmware download then verify both the handset and headset work. I then boot to the internet connecting to the teleworker server and again watch the firmware download and then the headset works but not the handset. I am not aware of any other TFTP server.
