Has anyone seen this error before and know how to resolve it.

The client has recently upgraded their virus protection causing the soft console not to work we have turned off the virus protection but it still fails to log in.

Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried to uninstall the soft console and reinstall?

No matter how hard you try, you can't fix stupid...
 
Yes i have tried that i have even tried putting it on the latest 9.1 version of softconsole.

I am unable to log in. any ideas?

Try looking in Monitor if it says anything when you try to login.

Is the extension that the softconsole is connecting to available?

Did you run the firewall batch file on the softconsole pc?
