Telephony Resources Blank

Has anybody run it a situation where Telephony Resources take a long time to load and then the screen comes up blank?

I have:
• Rebooted
• Applied the latest SU release
• Rebooted again

Still cannot access the screen.

Without access to this screen I am unable to deregister IP phones.
 
Try updating your Element Manager and check your version of Java. These are the two usual suspects when you get that.
 
I had this issue after doing a number of updates that included Java. Uninstalled both Java and BEM, then reinstalled Java 6.0 (don't recall the update) and redownloaded and installed from our BCM400. Issue resolved for us.

We have tried on multiple systems and varios versions of java to no avail. The only screen affected is the Telephony Resources screen. All the heading for the diffrent coloumns are there but the rest is blank.
 
We had the same issue with a Server 2003 x64 box after a java update. We removed Java and reinstalled J2SE Runtine Environment 5 upadte 16 (and the development kit, but I'm not sure if you need that) and it worked fine.
