Telephony Manager 3.2 - Telemanagement MSAccess.exe Problem

Using TM3.2 all patches updated on WIN2k3 SP2.

What is happening, is when I go to the telemanagement module, and select the edit menu and choose telephone configuration, it starts to load then comes up blank. The window does not close and must be shut down through task manager. This occures when I select any module that runs an .mdb file. I've checked the event log and it says MSAccess.exe hung.

Any ideas?

Problem Description
Scenario:
Unable to run TBS reports.
Getting the following error message:
The report launch engine was unable to run the report
msaccess.exe is not running in the Task Manager.
Telephone Config is not opening.
Call Database is not opening.
Problem Resolution
1. Microsoft Windows Terminal Services is enabled. This is unsupported. Please disable.

2. It is possibly a registry issue which will require a re-install of the OS and Communication Server 1000 Telephony Manager.

3. Third Party keyboard/video/mouse (KVM) switch may also cause issue. Please test with keyboard and mouse connected directly to server and no third party peripheral sharing device
 
Disabled terminal services, removed kvm, connected directly and still no go. Have reinstalled tm and still nothing.
 
I think you need to read the Installation & Commissioning NTP....the part about DEP, on page 122-123, might work then
