Telephony Manager 3.2 - No CDR past July 31

We are not getting any CDR records past July 31 2012 to show up on a report. The date in the file mfDateHT.inc is set for Dec 31st 2020; therefore that can't be the issue. I've rebooted and even purged all of 2010 records. The raw database does show all of the latest from August.

Any suggestions?
 
Check if there are any hung tty's/pty's on the call server or any kind of error messages. Reset/Enable if required.
ld 37> stat tty
 
If all's OK with your TTY's (CTY) for CDR and if you have TM Billing Application/DBA (ELAN)
I would check your Collection settings/script and file name directory/route/detail1.img is correct
