Telephones Resetting

Have a customer with a MICS with PRI, station modules and T series phones. The other day some of the phones just started resetting and wouldn't stop. The phones are not on the same module. Ended up moving them to open ports on other modules and they are now working fine but need to figure out what happened. Any suggestions as to where to begin.

Look in the alarm logs and see if you have a station module going down. That would cause the system to reset.

Thanks, I'm going there on Monday since more phones went down. The system itself is not resetting only some phones on various modules.

How's the power connected? If "random" ports are going bad on separate mods, I'd try a system reboot first, then take a set to the KSU, and connect it right at the block to see if the ports are actually blown.

Then you've got to look for a common possible cause, though it may not be apparent. Are all the sets in the same general area? Maybe the cables are tie wrapped to a 440 power bus in the ceiling... Could be about anything.
