hi could anyone explain why the phone is not frwd to the mail box 5000 , i'm sure its something in the cls commands

The explanation is that Hunt tells the call where to go on a busy condition (HUNT 5000, CLS HTA) and Forward No Answer tells the call where to go when unanswered (FDN 5000, CLS FNA)
