telephone crash

Hi all,

The central phone (white phone with 63 keys and display) on our meridian system has crashed. It keeps holding a line open and won't release it. Is there a way to close this line and reset/reload the phone?

I tried disconnecting the cable but this doesn't work.

Your best bet is call your maintainer and get them to clear the fault remotely.

I'm afraid that is not possible, the maintainer and we are in a dispute about some things and we don't have support until the time the issues are resolved.

look for the tn of the phone, if that number appears in more then one place, you will get all tn's. it SHOULD be the one with marp beside it..
