Telecorp Reader Boards and NICE Recording on new CS1K with AACC 6.3

I think the CC6 or Symposium used to log into these reader boards with the old FAT Client. Since upgrading to CS1K 7.5 and installing an Ayaya Aura Contact Center, they don't work anymore. Also the NICE seems to be the same way.

Does anyone know a solution? Like Agent Desktop Display or something.

 
We are installing AACC in the next few weeks and we told that our Telcorp reader board had to go away. AACC should/Does have a desktop client pop-up window to replace the reader boards.
Or so we have been told.
 
No, I found out they do still will work.It just has to be set for RTD compression in the AACC.I will get the notes and post them.
 
In the CCMS Server...go to Avaya->Contact Center->Manager Server->Multicast Stream Control->. The RTD Compression box needs to be unchecked.

This worked on the Telecorp reader board I wa sworking on.
