Is there a way to setup a moderator and PIN?

So until the moderator has joined the meeting (first person to call) that no one else can join ("The moderator has not yet joined the meeting...")

Also to disconnect all lines automatically as soon as the moderator has left the meeting?

You can set & controll Pins using VM Pro (still a cost if you have lite or embeded)

to achieve the moderato function you would probably need to play with user variables & have a seperate access code for the moderator that enables user access, not sure how to disable it again automaticaly though - it would probably have to be a manual process

For moderating

Under System Telephony -
Drop External Only Impromptu Conference: Default = Off, Software level = 5.0+.
If selected, when the last remaining internal user in a conference exits the conference, the conference is ended, regardless of whether it contains any external callers.

Pin is a bit harder without VM Pro

Thanks Pepp77, however, i have version 4.2(14). Is it easy to upgrade the firmware on the IP Office 500?

Also are you referring to the Conferencing Center if it was installed?

Upgrading the system is very easy on the IP office - just install the correct manager, connect to the phone system and choose upgrade - you get a screen showing current and possible level and choose ok. This requires a quick reboot and should be complete in under 10 mins.

And no Im not referring specifically to conference centre, just the whole meet me facility.
