I am trying to set up telecommuting to enable a user to remotely dial in and change the call forwarding destination.
So far I have set the telecommuting extension
I can dial into it and receive dialtone but as soon as I enter the fac for call forwarding the line goes dead or flatlines.
To me it sounded like a permissions issue but can’t see anything that would restrict it. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be causing this.
