I am troubleshooting an issue where a user is trying to activate their call forwarding using the feature access code defined on the feature access code form.
Call Forwarding Activation Busy/DA: All: #8 Deactivation: #0
When the user attempts to use the feature access code after dialing the telecommuting-access DID and getting dial tone, they get wave-off. The user can, however, use the feature access code from their station successfully.
Are there specific features you can use? Do I need to use the
Extended Call Fwd feature?
