Thanks in advance. I am running the IPO 500 Manager 6.2 (14).
The end user is running the Phone Manager 4.2.25
This is straight from the horse's mouth, okay my user is not a horse but she is as big as one but that is beside the point:
"I have trouble getting my voicemail. When I click on one of my messages, the manager calls voicemail and my home phone rings...all normal. Then when I am done listening to the message I click on the x to delete but then nothing happens. It doesn't go to the next message or anything. If I hang up and click on the next one the computer dials
and my home phone rings but then when I answer...nothing happens...my computer keeps ringing. I then need to cancel out of the phone and restart."
I have uninstalled the program and deleted the registry and reinstalled with the 4.2.25 and still the same thing. Any ideas?
