Telco VM notification on POTS line 1

The local telco's message notification is a studder / broken dial tone on a POTS line that is in the system (406v2 3.1.65).

Even though the phone has an aaperance button for that line on the phone you never hear the stdder dial tone when there is a message (I'm pretty sure this is because you are really hearing the IPO's dial tone not the true dial tone of the POTS line).

Any ideas how to get the real dial tone of the line to come through?

Figured it out!
Build shortcaode that looks like this
*99
TN- blank
Line ID- 0
Feature- Dial Direct Hotline

Put the shordcode as the prefix for the line.
Now when you press that line apperance it gives you the real DT not the IPO DT.
