I have a Phaser 560 and it JAMS at A. The Paper feed section havs been cleaned. The problem the solonoid on the paper feed clutch does not turn on to pick up paper. The bypass tray does not work as well. It runs on motor and it does not turn. There is no binding or noises. It runs fine up to the point in needs to pick up a sheet of paper. ANY IDEAS WHAT THIS MIGHT BE

did you check the clutch they usually get all gummed up inside.

I also have a problem with jamming at A, only the jam occurs any time i use paper over 20 lb. weight. I have tried adjusting the paper thickness gauge setting (blue thumb lever) but to no avail. I also replaced the transfer roller kit.
It will print about two or three pages and then not feed but about an inch or so and then quit.
