Tektronixs 340 Fault 07,004.46:3637

I get the following fault on startup. 07,004.46:3637. I put in a new maintance tray and still have this issue. Is there a service manual somewhere I can get my hands on, or help with this fault.

hmmmm, errors starting with 7,00x have to do with the process motor. Try checking the drum maintenance cam sensor, see if it is working properly or clogged.

How exactly do you do this. Is there a repair manual online somewhere I can get. What happens is the printer goes to 1% and the white clutch on the side spins three times and them I receive the fault. Not real familiar with this printer and a manual would be helpful.

Drum maintencance clutch is slipping or sensor is dead. Check thad clutch thad spins tree times, on the others side is the sensor, check for dust. mostly the solution whit tis kind of printers

just checked for the error message once more: error code 7,004.46 means "No transitions are observed of the drum maintenance cam sensor. The sensor may be bad or the drum maintenance cam may be jammed", so go ahead with Dany's tips.

Thought the sensor is on the same side?
