Tektronix phaser 850

I have an 850 which top lid that covers the ink cartridges broke off it had a part number on the assy of 200-4369-00
but my logistics people keep telling me it is an invalid part number. I could use some help please I have the printer in working order but he wax cover needs to be replaced. thanks in advance for any replies

the right part number is 200-4367-00. This number is from the FRU-list for Phaser 850
