We have a Tektronix Phaser 850 in the shop that only displays a service error 13.001.40:15059. All ink sticks appear to be Xerox. I do not have a 850 service manual.
I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue and making a decision to repair or replace this unit with a newer Xerox solid ink printer.
