Tektronix Phaser 850 Code

I am getting A Print error code (Printer Error-Contact Service ; Report Fault : 31,003.42:23458) . I have worked on various printers but I unfamiliar with the codes for this unit . Thanks for any help . ArkDuuten .

usually indicates a piece of stuck paper in the preheater exit area.

Can anyone then please point out where the "PREHEATER AREA" is? I guess it's somewhere in front of the printer, when i open the front, where should I look for a piece of paper.. or even better, where is that sensor that the printer uses to detect a stuck paper?

Yes the preheater is accessable from the fromt and it is located top front of the drum.
you will need to remove both sides, the silver panel in the front then the roller unit behind that.
the preheater will now be visible.
