I have two of these units and they both print flawlessly when it comes to text and small clip art jpegs. however, both printers (must be universal) will not print photo quality pics without gumming up the fuser. I have tried everything in my very limited expertise including changing print quality and paper type issue (even just using the multipurpose tray) to no avail? Anyone have this problem and solve it?

Thanks,

rick

I have changed the paper quality, DPI resolution; color quality. There are ocassional instances, when it prints large pics nicely, but when it is a multiple page print format, it always ends up with the fuser is a gummy mess. Xerox support is useless. Anyway, I was hoping for the "silver Bullet" and hoping that the problem has already been addressed and solved. These printers do recognize and have paper quality multi-settings. I'll have to do some hard core print experimentation and hope to find a solution. Thanks for your help!
