Tek350 New Error??

Hi there,
My Phaser 350 has presented me with an error message I don't know how to interpret. Can some one advise me on what it means and if it's fixable by a reasonably handy sort.

The complete error code reads 13;017.47:33148. With my old motherboard it was 13;017.47:17806.

Is the last number related to the serial number??

The thermistor in the right jetstack appears to be open. Replace the printhead ribbon cable. Check connections. Replace the printhead. The print head is very expensive.
The numbers at the end of the error code are the page count.
47=47 pages 17806=17806 pages

I have a phaser 350 that on boot up will only display the version 3.50 and the power and error lights flash. Can I fix this?

Peplace the printhead.
