We just had a technician out to fix our phaser 840+. He replaced the belts and a cog (belts and cog come as a unit), however, he left before the printer finished warming up and it won't print the test page properly. If gets jammed in the printer and message is paper jam. Is there a way to fix this myself without going through another callout?
