Technical White Papers available?

I would like to give our IT manager some detailed technical docmentation on the following. I cannot seem to find this information anywhere:

Quick Campaigns with Email: How is sending marketing camaigns via email a better solution than emailing these contacts directly out of Outlook (as it pertains to spam)

Tracking in CRM will let you auto track responses. If you are emailing many people this will cetainly help. Beware though that if you send out many emails you might get blocked for spamming.
