Tech in Tampa/Clearwater, Florida

Does anyone know of a reputable Mitel Tech/Dealer in the Tampa/Clearwater Florida area? I am at my wits end in trying to find someone qualified to work on an SX200.

I know this site is for support but I am running out of patience looking for a Mitel dealer. Mitel gave me a list and no one seems to want to make any money or just don't care.

Do you have a commercial business or hotel? Is the Mitel an old "analog" version, or digital "EL / ML" or the current model 200ICP? I'm based in Texas but I worked with a company in Brandon Florida named "MPG Communications" / owner Dan Parish that assisted with MITEL installation and support and liked working with them. They probably have quite a few MITEL systems they support.

Thanks for the reply. System is Mitel SX200. I just found out it's an InterTel product. Phone type is 5224 VoIP phone. I will give them a call on Monday.

We installed a phone for a customer as a favor, and now phone says "Press SuperKey to Send PIN". In my research the new phone just needs to register with the SX200. I think there are some basic codes with extension number to enter for the phone to register...not sure....

SX-200 is not InterTel, it is pure Mitel

The Set type indicates you have VOIP or SX-200ICP

The Feature codes for Set Registration are found in form 2 or you can program the MAC address directly via form 9

Mitel purchased InterTel a couple of years ago, but as kwbMitel already replied, the 5224 is a MITEL IP set on the MITEL 200ICP. System models are MX, CX, or CXI.
