tech fired-changed pswd -locked out of mlm-pls help

Access the voicemail hunt group (770), enter mailbox 9997, at the password prompt enter the 6-digit serial number on the sticker at the bottom of the MLM. A voice prompt will say "Goodbye." Reboot the MLM and the admin password is reset.
