TEC SERVER NOT STARTING

i have installed tec server and console on the TMR server and after working for a day properly it suddenly gave an error message ::

system problem: `ERROR: Process T/EC Rule exits with exit code 72: Initialization Rules Debugging failed'

i am not able to rum the TEC server now i have tried stopping and restarting of the OSERV process and also tried restarting the machine. i am running this TMR server and TEC server on Windows NT 4.0 SP6 and MSSQL 7.
if anyone can reply ....

Try doing the following commands from the command line interface instead:

Wstopesrv
Wstartesrv

If that doesn't work try shutting the TEC Server down and rebooting.

Has anyone modified the Rule Base associated with the TEC Server?
If you are using the GUI Right Click theEvent Server and look at the Rule Bases, which one has the arrow against it.
Do you know where the directory is associated with that Rule Base?
Could revert back to Default one.
Could check that the rb_dir directory is present under Tivoli database area.
