TDM not working on BCM450 Rls6.0

Hello,

I have upgraded a BCM400 Rls4.0 to a BCM450 Rls6.0.
Everything went fine except the TDM link doesn't want to synchronize itself. It was working on the BCM400 right before the upgrade.

BCM450 Rls6.0 MBMs:
Slot 1: TDM dip switchs All on
Slot 2: DSM32+ dip switchs All on
Slot 3: DSM32+ dip switchs All on
Slot 4: DSM32+ dip switchs All on

All the DSM32+ are correctly configured and working perfectly.
I have configured the TDM on the slot 1 in Telephony Resources.
Using EM 6.2, all the provision lines are selected.
Protocol: Euro
Clock source: Primary external
It shows enabling for hours... but nothing change.
The power and status LED are green but the in service LED keeps blinking green.

I have tried with CRC4 checked and unchecked. The have rebooted the BCM a couple times.
I can see the PRI lines in Telephony/Inactive Line. They are in the pool BlocB as all the phones.
The code and route are programmed as well but the phone cannot reach public network...

Any clue to make it work?

Make sure that your DTM is in the bottom slot as it is slot 1.
They are numbered 1 to 4 from bottom to top.

Yes it is.
I read the blinking green "in service" LED means that the module is initializing or there is a loopback test processing.
So I built a loopback cable that I will try tomorrow to make sure the DTM module configuration is correct.
If the lines go up, the issue is in the operator side otherwise the issue is on the BCM side (DTM card, configuration,...).
I keep you posted.

If it proves not the Telco, reconfigure and swap a DSM32+ slot 4 with your DTM slot 1.

I'd go with gberger I have seen it not work in 1 but work in 4.
