Hi all,
I have a 8300C with 3 G450 attached to it, running CM 5.2.1
1 G450 is installed in a datacenter, the 2 other are installed in office sites (so both are remote).
Each G450 has local lines for incoming and outgoing calls(BRI's in the offices, PRI/E1 in the datacenter).
We also have Office Communicator (OCS), linked to the Avaya system for outgoing calls.
When I dial out via an Avaya phone (IP 1616, 9630) all goes well. Call stays up. No mather what trunk I take.
But if I call from an OCS client in site1, the call is dropped in about 2 min average and I see the following denial event on the trace:
DENIAL EVENT 2307: TDM resource blockage D1=0x24e D2=0x0
If I route the OCS call over the BRI's in the other site or via the PRI in the datacenter the call stays up.
The BRI's are set up the same way in both sites.
Local provider sees no issues on the line.
My questions are:
- what does the denial event mean
- a TDM issue on a full IP system?????
Or is the local provider making it himself easy???
Thanks,
Erik
