TDE600 NS300 H323 Fail, SIP OK

Hello Friends,


I have TDE600 & NS300 using H.323

1. TDE600 call to NS300 rings (1) pickup then 5 seconds drop (H323)
2. TDE600 call to NS300 rings (3) pickup always drop (H323)
3. NS300 call to TDE600 rings (1) pickup then 5 seconds drop (H323)
4. NS300 call to TDE600 rings (3) pickup always drop (h323)
5. TDE600 call to NS300 success with SIP trunk
6. NS300 call to TDE600 success with SIP trunk

so what happen in h323 trunk?
- VPN with fortigate

Is the vpn letting all traffic pass or has rules on vpn too

Make sure all sip helpers are disabled

Do you get voice for 5 seconds or no audio

Hello obtsystem,

5 seconds clear audio but call drop (always, using H323), but if pickup 3 rings very good no drop (using H323).
if using SIP all fine no drop.

its 17 site using TDE NS & TDA but other PBX has 16 site with direct ext (no own PBX code) any suggets for 16 more site other PBX?
