TDE-600 V-SIPEXT32 - E033102 Card obstacle

Hi,

I am try to INS the V-SIPEXT32 card, but I get the error: E033102 Card obstacle.

How can i enable it?

What is the error log saying. How many extension cards are on the main shelf. It is possible you are over the limit of extension ports

I have the error code 122 "Virtual card start up error" on the error log. I have 5 extension cards:

Other reasons for card not starting is port clashing. I have seen port 5060 on the sip card and sip trunk card cause this, did you ever have a sip trunk card installed?

Try changing port to 45060 in card property and reboot the system and see if it comes into service

No problem. That is the port to use as register server on the device so it will be ipaddress:45060
