TDE-600 KX-TDE6101NE MPR Card recognized only as TDE-200 IP MPR Card

Dear Techs,
I am in the process of changing my US TDE-600 system to a non US system in order to run a PRI-30 card. I got a new KX-TDE6101NE MPR card from a dealer in the UK. I put it in my TDE-600 rack, it powers up and initialized. However, it works just as a TDE-200 MPR card (this is what the maintenance console tells me), it is not recognized my second self and just those cards who are usually work in a TDE-200 shelf. Is there something wrong with the content of the SD card or is the MPR card flashed wrong? Is there a way to fix it?

I don't want to send the card back to the dealer, it was shipped around the whole world to Papua New Guinea.

I would check the code on the card. Should be a red or black dot beside code op pcb

The card is labeled as TDE-600 card - it has the dots on the right position. It also have the extra connector solder on the board. I think it is just a software/firmware issue.

I talked with my UK dealer and he told me that the card was working properly - he tested it in a TDE600 rack before he has send it out. He thinks it could be a compatibility issue with the backplane of my US TDE-600 rack. What do you think?

Don't know about that. Do you have the uk maintenance tool for the tde, I cant see it working at all if different back plane. not work as a 200 is there a code on the card. what id the mprid number. e-mail on (info at myusername dot com)
