Hi,
I'm using a tde 200 pbx. I've recently added 5 CO lines(analogue)and added 5 more IP extensions and want to achieve the folowing:
1. All incoming calls to be answered by the five new extensions only and not go through the operator.
2. The five lines to be used by the five extensions exclusively.
3. The CO lines should not be restricted to call any lines.

Kindly Advice.
Sletoya.

1.Put the 5 extensions in an Incoming Call Distribution group (ICD) and DIL to that group
2.Limit trunk usage through COS settings, the 5 extensions put in same COS
3.By deafault yes,

I managed to group the extensions but didn't manage on the DIL.
Kindly advice.

What is the Group name?
Each group has a floating extension number,

see 3.Group >> 5.Incoming call Distribution Group >> 1.Group settings

Foating Extension number 601 is for ICD Group 001

Floating Ext No 602 is for group 002 e.t.c

I dentify your Extension group name and DIL to the group.

To DIL to the group, do as below;

Go to program 10.CO & Incoming call >> 2.DIL Table & Port settings

Distribution method is DIL, DIL destination is the Floating Extension No of the group.
Note the CO port number to ensure you select the right line.

Hope that helps.
