Could use some help with a work around.

We have several ICD groups. All are answered differently based on the DID that points to the group (coming from SIP trunks).

Is there a workaround to pass the incoming CO CLIP to a forwarded virtual extension (PS ring groups did not work)?

Also, have some issues, with the virtual extensions as well. If they point to a VZ cell phone, VZ voice mail cannot be disabled by the user. If calls are in the ICD queue the VZ voice mail answers the call.

Thanks,

Rob

not sure what you are doing. is it dect phones or mobiles with calls forwarded to them through ps

if you have a mobile phone in a ring group and the voicemail is turned on that mobile. you can not stop it answering the call as the system does not know it is voicemail answering

We have a remote user trying to use a mobile phone to answer ICD calls.

They are set up as a virtual PS member of the ICD and the virtual PS forwarded to the mobile phone
