TDE 100 password

My company has taken over a job that has a TDE 100. The previous company changed the password from default. Is there a way for me to obtain the password without rewriting entire program? Can I see the password if I pull the SD card and view the file directly on my computer?

you can see paswoord with upcmc :
remove sd card copy dssys (etc) and open with open file in software and intro maintnance you can see pass (this work on old version )
if cant do this way say me .

I beleive it should work on new systems as well.

You cant do this on current versions(v8), best way is to open file via hyper terminal and browse the text, you should see it somewhere.

What Ver of Maintenance console are you using?

KX-TDE200 Ver8.0 can only be accesses using MC Ver7.8

And which country or KX-TDE200XX. What is "XX" on your system?

I have the SD card in my machine, i am able to access the file. However, the PC programming password is grayed out and will not allow me to see it or change it. Any ideas?

No, the later systems you cant see the password, it is also not visible as numbers in the dmsys file.
Panasonic can reset it if you have access to the help desk.

If you download dsys file, you can open it as a text document (not hyper terminal)!!

Browse through the text youll find it somewhere.

I open DMSYS of TDE100 Ver6.0 using Maintenance console Ver7.8 and i can view the password.

Could your TDE100 be of Ver7.1 or Ver8.0?
